Lower School
Students in grades Pre-Kindergarten through Grade 4 receive a strong foundation in academic instruction as they matriculate through the Lower School. Imbedded in the instruction throughout the day is an emphasis on Christian teaching including Biblical lessons and scripture. Teachers carefully plan the instruction to provide a nurturing and loving environment in which the young child can mature as a whole person and as a student. The basis of curriculum is national standards and benchmarks in each academic discipline. Instructional materials are selected from various publishers, to give a well-balanced and thorough preparation at each grade level.
