The Westfield Schools offers no discount for multiple students enrolled from the same family
New Family Fee and Registration Fee information:
A New Family Fee of $300.00 is incurred at the time of the registration of the first child in a family. That fee is paid only once, with no recurrence for re-enrollment or enrollment of subsequent children in the same family. (The New Family Fee is waived for alumni of Westfield, Beechwood, and Baker.)
Tuition Refund Insurance is required of new families and will be billed in three monthly payments. The insurance fee is 2.6% of tuition.
A Late Registration Fee of $150.00 is assessed for each student re-enrolled after February 17.
One may choose one of three plans for the payment of tuition:
Current Families
- Annual – with 2.5% discount – Full payment by March 16, 2009
- Semi-Annual – with 1.25% discount
- Fifty percent due by March 16, 2009
- Fifty percent due by August 3, 2009
- Monthly – Twelve equal monthly payments, March – February
New Families
- Annual – with 2.5% discount – full payment due within ten days of contract issue date
- Semi-Annual – with 1.25% discount
- Fifty percent due within ten days of contract issue date
- Fifty percent due by August 3, 2009
- Monthly – Twelve equal monthly payments, March – February
The first $1,000.00 paid in tuition is considered a non-refundable Registration Fee.
Needs Based Financial Aid Program is available.
Financial Aid information is available in January of each year. The needs based financial aid program is open to all Westfield families who have students currently enrolled or who have completed the admissions process and have been offered admission. Applications are accepted beginning in February of each year, and aid is awarded in late April or early May. No full tuition aid is available.
