Learner’s Permit

The Westfield School will provide a Georgia DDS Certificate of Attendance for students applying for a Learner’s Permit.  Please request this form with a written note and allow three school days for processing.  The request should be taken to the School Office.

Alcohol Drug Awareness Program (ADAP)

The Georgia Alcohol Drug Awareness Program is a required component for obtaining a Class D driver’s license.  ADAP is offered through The Westfield School during the student’s freshman year.  Certificates for those passing the required test are available through the school office.  Please request this form with a written note and allow three school days for processing.
