Payment Policy

All registrations (online and by mail) are not official until payment and completed registration form are received. Please mail all checks to: "The Westfield School, Camp Westfield Summer Program, P. O. Box 2300, Perry, GA, 31069" payable to The Westfield School.

Refund Policy

Camp registration fees (less a $20.00 processing fee) will be refunded if notice of cancellation is received prior to the start of camp. Camp registration fees may not be reduced for late entry or early withdrawal unless due to illness or family emergency.

Waiver Policy

If registering online, a waiver must be completed prior to your child attending Camp Westfield.
