Gifts of Cash
Traditionally, the majority of the gifts made to Westfield come in the form of cash. Please make your check payable to The Westfield School. Upon receipt of your check, we will send an acknowledgement letter to serve as a receipt of your donation. If you should have any specific instructions as to how you wish your cash to be distributed or restricted please communicate this with The Development Office.
If you are sending a donation in honor or in memory of someone, please note this with your donation and The Development Office will make the appropriate notification.

Pledges
Westfield receives and encourages pledge commitments to support the Annual Fund. Pledges to the annual fund must be paid by June 30th of each year. Let us know of your payment intentions, whether it be monthly installments or a one time payment and we will send reminders accordingly. Click here to complete online pledge form.
Gifts by Credit Card
Westfield accepts donations to the Annual Giving Fund by credit card through PayPal. Check here to complete the online giving form and link to PayPal.

Gifts of Securities
A donation of appreciated securities is often a tax-wise way to make a gift to Westfield. For detailed information regarding a stock transfer to Westfield please contact your broker or The Westfield Development Office.
Matching Gifts
Many companies offer programs that match donations to Westfield made by their employees or retirees. Consider your company’s Matching Gift Program and DOUBLE YOUR GIFT! Inquire with your Human Resources Office to determine if your employer participates in a Matching Gift Program. Pepsico Foundation, Graphic Packaging, and The Hartford Insurance Group are just a few of the companies that participate in company Matching Gift Programs, and have contributed to Westfield.
