Lower School
Students in grades Pre-Kindergarten through grade five receive a strong foundation in academic instruction as they matriculate through the Lower School. Imbedded in the instruction throughout the day is an emphasis on Christian teaching including Biblical lessons and scripture. Teachers carefully plan the instruction to provide a nurturing and loving environment in which the young child can mature as a whole person and as a student. Our Lower School students develop pride and self-confidence through participation in classroom projects, reports, seasonal productions, and our annual Grandparents' Day Program. Curriculum materials, which meet national standards in each academic discipline, are selected to give a well-balanced and thorough preparation at each grade level.
The Enrichment Program for Pre-Kindergarten through Grade 5 gives each child exposure to, and instruction in the fine arts, technology, foreign language, physical health and education, library skills, all valuable tools for life-long learning.
