Congratulations to senior Conner Shelton, 2022 STAR Student, Houston County system STAR Student winner, and Region 6 STAR winner! He is the student who earned the highest overall SAT score in one sitting among all students in Houston County and all of the counties in District 6, along with meeting additional academic requirements. He will represent Westfield, all of Houston County’s schools, and all of the schools in District 6 at the State STAR banquet in April. Conner selected Mrs. Robin Leonard, AP Language and Composition teacher, as his STAR teacher. Both were honored at a special ceremony tonight hosted by the Perry Chamber and Robins Regional Chamber. Conner is an honors student, National AP Scholar, and National Merit Finalist, and he is involved in numerous activities and organizations at Westfield.
