We are excited about another great year of activities at The Westfield School! Our Beyond the Bell Program Guide provides a look at the programs available throughout the 2026–2027 school year.
Several programs begin soon after school starts, so please review the information below and register by the appropriate deadline. Full program details are linked under each section.
The Beyond the Bell Program Guide is also attached so families can preview the many additional activities planned throughout the school year, including wrestling, basketball, the spring musical, and Kickstart Soccer. Information and registration for those programs will be shared closer to their start dates.
Beyond the Bell Program Guide
Youth Football | 1st–6th Grade
Our 1st and 2nd grade students will participate in flag football, while 3rd–6th grade students will continue playing tackle football through the Peanut Football League.
- Registration deadline: Friday, August 7
- Equipment fitting and weigh-ins for 3rd–6th grade: Tuesday, August 4, during Lower School Meet & Greet
- Evaluations for 3rd–6th grade: August 10, 11, and 13
- Flag football practices for 1st–2nd grade begin: Tuesday, August 18
- Registration fee: $100 for flag football; $125 for tackle football

Youth Football Information Letter
Youth Cheerleading | 1st–6th Grade
Youth cheerleaders will cheer at Westfield home football games throughout the fall. Practices will typically be held two to three days per week, and schedules will be shared through TeamReach.
- Registration deadline: Friday, August 14
- Youth Cheer Camp: Sunday, August 23, from 3:00–5:00 p.m. in the Odoban Gymnatorium
- Games begin after Labor Day and continue through late October
- Registration fee: $75 per cheerleader

Miss Westfield | PK–8th Grade Girls
The Fourth Annual Miss Westfield Pageant will be held on Saturday, September 19, at 11:00 a.m. This year, we are excited to expand the pageant to include our middle school girls!
- Informational meeting: Tuesday, August 18, at 4:00 p.m. in the Recital Hall
- Application deadline: Thursday, August 20
- Mother/Daughter Tea: Sunday, September 13, at 2:00 p.m.
- Pageant: Saturday, September 19, at 11:00 a.m.
- Registration fee: $50 per contestant
